Biopoa, Elanco Animal Health Korea, and Virbac Korea have won the Top Company Award in this year’s voluntary self-inspection program for veterinary pharmaceuticals.
The Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency (APQA), headed by Commissioner Choi Jeong-rok, held the 2025 Voluntary Self-Inspection Model Company Awards Ceremony on the 23rd at its headquarters in Gimcheon, recognizing companies for their efforts to improve the manufacturing and quality of veterinary pharmaceuticals.
The voluntary self-inspection program is designed to encourage manufacturers and importers to independently inspect their manufacturing facilities and overall quality management systems, and to improve vulnerable areas based on the results of those inspections.
